class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>世界上最公平的是太陽</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>電影中陽光普照裡面有一句經典的台詞這樣說著：<strong>「<em>這個</em></strong><strong><em>世界最公平的是太陽</em><em>，二十四小時從不間斷，明亮溫暖、陽光普照。</em>」</strong>意即不論緯度高低、不論在哪裡，都能分享到一半白晝一半黑夜。這句話也象徵著不論社會地位高低，都有著可以呈現在眾人的光明面向，也有不為人知的陰影面向。即便我們無法完美的分配這兩個面向出現的時間，但適時讓自己在陰影處喘息（讓一些陰影面向出現）是重要的。</p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>有陽光的地方就有陰影</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>榮格取向對陰影的解釋有以下兩種：</p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>第一</strong>，不要把陰影看成是一個東西，而要把它想成是「陰影的」或「在陰影中的」的某些心理特性或品質。意思是無論好壞、正負向，只要是在我們意識知覺之外（或稱之為在陽光背後的）都可稱作為陰影，又或是在陰影中的。因此，它並非潛意識性格的全部，而是代表未知或所知甚少的自我屬性與特質。</p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>第二</strong>，是我們最常聽到的解釋，正常整合自我的人格中，若有某些部分因為認知或感情分裂，而壓抑就會陷入陰影。也就是說，那些自己否認、不能接受的特質，甚至是具有不道德或不名譽的特性（通常都是負向）就會變成我們的陰影。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>電影中的每個人物角色，都有著兩個不同的面向：像是主角阿和。外表看似沈默且容易被激怒，但內在有著渴望被爸媽認同的期待；主角的媽媽在太陽照耀的陽光面向是個獨立的女性，扛起家裡的所有責任，但內在其實希望可以依賴別人。反觀阿豪，總是給人一種陽光燦爛、各方面都表現優秀，且什麼都為他人著想的人，他不但沒有讓別人看到他陰暗的時候，連自己也不知道如何躲避陽光。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>想像一下當太陽光太大，曬得我們受不了的時候，我們會選擇撐傘、會選擇躲到陰暗處、會想各種方法躲避炙熱。但讓自己總是呈現出美好陽光的面相，如同自己總是站在太陽下這個世界上，一昧承受太陽光照射的人們，能夠撐多久？阿豪把所有陽光都給了別人，把陰影獨留自己，最終被暗處吞沒。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>這樣讓我想到在之前在諮商室中遇見的許多當事人。他們的生命有好多都是在照顧著別人，把自己當成24小時的太陽。但其實壓抑了許多自己的想法以及情緒。而他們最後會來尋求諮商求助，都是因為開始覺察這會耗損到他們的生命能量。在諮商室裡談談自己的需要，如同他們找到一個遮蔽處，好好看到他們的陰影。但每一次諮商結束後，他們又可以回到陽光下好好的生活著。</p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>在成為別人的太陽前，先溫暖自己</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>「<em>這個世界，最公平的是太陽，不論緯度高低，白天與黑夜各佔一半。媽媽、弟弟、動物園的動物，還有司馬光，都有一些陰暗的角落可以躲，可是我沒有。我沒有水缸，沒有暗處，只有陽光，24小時從不間斷，明亮溫暖，陽光普照。</em>」</strong>電影中的阿豪這樣說著，就如同他在故事中的角色一樣，把所有的好都留給別人，忘了留給自己。過去我們可能學習到的觀念是，我們要成為別人他人的太陽，但是這樣往往也忘記如何自我照顧，成為自己的太陽來溫暖自己。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; 你可能會好奇看待自己的陰影真的是好的嗎？這是我那麼無法接納的東西，好好正視著它們，對我有什麼幫助？榮格認為這些在陰影處的都是我們的一部分。與其成為一個完美的人，我們更需要成為一個完整的人。而且別忘了有光的地方就有陰影，<strong>反之</strong><strong>有陰影的地方，就能看到陽光。好好陪伴著自己的陰影，我們太陽的面向會更有能量。</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>圖片來源：《陽光普照》劇照。</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<div
