「Gap class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>運動</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>多年以來我們都深知，消除壓力的不二法門就是「運動」，遇到不少經歷自我懷疑、缺乏信心的朋友，都在運動後找回自我，運動如何幫助我們舒緩壓力呢？讓我們再複習一下運動的好處：</p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>調節壓力荷爾蒙：從長遠來看，運動訓練可以降低身體的壓力荷爾蒙，例如皮質醇。也會幫助腦內啡釋放，腦內啡可以改善情緒，也是被視為天然止痛藥的化學物質。</li><li>改善睡眠：睡眠可能會因壓力和焦慮而受到負面影響，運動也可以改善我們的睡眠品質。</li><li>建立信心：定期運動，讓我們會對自己的身體更信心，能促進心理健康。<br>建議大家可以根據性格找到自己喜歡的運動，如果你是內向性格者，你特別喜歡獨處，那麼慢跑、健走、游泳可能會比較適合你，如果你認為自己屬於外向性格者，喜歡群體活動，那麼跳舞、瑜珈，參加運動訓練的團體課程對你來說再適合不過。</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>減少咖啡因攝取</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>為了提振讀書及工作時的精神，不知不覺一天就喝上許多杯咖啡；適量的咖啡能幫助工作效率，但是有時候遇上繁重工作，不僅身心俱疲，又得苦撐堅持，導致壓力越大攝取越多咖啡因，其實在無形中，咖啡已經影響到我們的睡眠，甚至會有心悸、心律不整、焦躁的不適。如果感到壓力大的時候更要特別注意：也許不一定需要依靠咖啡因來提神，去好好的睡一覺，醒來後腦袋思路會更加清晰，幫助工作效率提升。</p>\n\n\n\n<div
