/></figure>\n\n\n\n<p>　冰山水面上是我們肉眼可以直接看見的「表面行為」；冰山水面下是我們無法直接看見的，包含做出這個行為的「姿態與反應」、「內心的情緒與感官的感受」、「產生情緒與感受的原因」以及最深層的「內心渴望與需要」。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>　例如，國小的孩子說了我愛你<em>（表面行為）</em>之後（0’47’’），爸爸回覆她：「好～爸爸也愛你！」，孩子就開始哭了<em>（姿態與反應）</em>，為什麼呢？她邊哭邊說：「爸爸謝謝你把我養長大…」或許在孩子的心裡，充滿的是對父親的感恩與敬愛<em>（情緒感受的原因）</em>，當爸爸也回應「我也愛妳！」的時候，孩子感受到「被愛的」（渴望），同時也重新感受到她與爸爸之間的情感<em>（重新連結）</em>。</p>\n\n\n\n<figure /></figure>\n\n\n\n<p>　第二個例子，在青少年孩子說了我愛你<em>（表面行為）</em>之後（1’25’’），便開始掩頭哭泣<em>（姿態與反應）</em>，為什麼呢？他邊哭邊說：「謝謝你一直以來照顧我，我知道自己不是一個好兒子……」，在他的心中，或許哭泣的原因是來自於對母親的愧疚，覺得自己不是一個好兒子<em>（情緒與感受的原因）</em>，而心底或許是希望得到母親的愛和原諒（<em>渴望）</em>。</p>\n\n\n\n<figure /></figure>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>重點1　問問題</strong></h3>\n\n\n\n<p>保持對一個人的好奇心是探索冰山的重要關鍵，在冰山的對話中，必須透過詢問問題來建立連結，而問問題的重點在於探索問題的成因及細節，以了解事件的脈絡。</p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>重點2　給予回饋</strong></h3>\n\n\n\n<p>當孩子願意回答我們的問題時，可以重述他/她的話，核對事實，也能透過表達自己的感受來同理孩子的心情。</p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>重點3　探索冰山</strong></h3>\n\n\n\n<p>當孩子願意繼續和我們對話時，可以逐漸向冰山下探索，詢問他的感受、情緒以及背後的情境跟原因。若此時孩子有新的情緒產生，也能慢慢引導孩子抒發情緒，進而思考為什麼會有這樣的感覺。</p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>重點4　解決問題</strong></h3>\n\n\n\n<p>當我們與孩子已經彼此了解，且情緒穩定時，就可以來解決一開始的問題，可以依著孩子的年齡與情況調整，或許利用引導的方式、或許可以一起討論，一起建立對事情的共識，找到彼此都能接受的解決辦法。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>　透過冰山的對話練習，親子間的對話可以有更多的連結跟理解，較能夠避免產生誤會。其實，冰山對話不限於親子之間，也可以應用在伴侶相處與人際溝通上！</p>\n\n\n\n<p>　不過，冰山的對話方式也不見得一用就見效，因為我們沒辦法在一開始就完全掌握冰山對話的重點，但是透過日常的對話練習，我們可以逐漸累積親子／家人間的信任感、連結感，慢慢地，家人間的關係就可以更加靠近！<a
