style=\"height:20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<p>　 當考試成績公布，論及考得好不好、唸什麼學校，孩子是不是變身成了一隻小刺蝟？而家長也可能不小心就一樣成了刺蝟。<br>　 就讓我們借用美國的家族治療先驅薩提爾提出的概念，來破解這神秘的現象吧！</p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>刺蝟為什麼要穿這麼多刺？</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>　刺蝟的外表雖然尖銳多刺，但其實他們是因為有著一顆害怕受傷的心，才武裝起堅硬多刺的外殼。而當一人穿上了刺蝟的外衣，另一人很有可能為了讓自己不被刺傷，而跟著穿上刺謂外衣，好讓彼此能夠「較勁」，不甘示弱。<br>　薩提爾把這樣的刺謂外衣，區分為四種「溝通姿態」，有「指責、打岔、討好、超理智」，這四種都是常見的武裝式溝通。</p>\n\n\n\n<figure /></figure>\n\n\n\n<p>　讀到這裡，是不是發現了上述這四種武裝式溝通，都沒有在溝通時同時看見「你、我、情境」，而且是在不舒服的情緒狀態中開啟溝通，因為想要保護自己，而有了刺蝟的回應；也就是說，想要破解指責、討好、超理智、打岔的刺謂外衣，首先需要先攻破刺謂內心的小劇場！</p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>透視刺蝟的內心小劇場</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>　我們常因為想很多、擔心、孤單、害怕、希望被理解、期待被擁抱等等內心小劇場而落寞，而武裝自己，如果看不到內心戲就很難脫掉刺蝟外衣，但平常都看不到啊怎麼辦？<br>　薩提爾指出，每個人的內心小劇場，都像一座冰山，平常露出水面、能被看見的，都是外顯的表現，例如指責、討好、打岔、超理智等。但其實水面下的潛藏感受和真實需要體積更大，也才是我們能否攻破這座內心小冰山，進而脫下刺蝟外衣的關鍵。</p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https://chickensoupfle.files.wordpress.com/2019/07/007-2.003.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1058\" /></figure>\n\n\n\n<p>　當我們露出指責、討好、打岔、超理智的行為表現，底下其實是因為有著失望、委屈、無奈…等「情緒」，而這些情緒又是來自更底下渴望被愛、被理解、被支持…等「需要」。藉由內心小冰山的挖掘，能讓彼此擁有「心很靠近」的安全感，挖得越深，就越能了解彼此。當有了安全感，自然也就能卸下刺蝟裝了。</p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>跟我一起3步驟，，用一致型姿態溝通，試著卸下刺蝟裝</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>1. 在乎自己、情境、對方三個要素：</strong></h3>\n\n\n\n<p>想一想這件事現在的情況到底是怎樣，有哪些重點受到糾結，或有待討論；並告訴自己在溝通的過程中，我的看法、對方的看法都很重要</p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>2.避免習慣性武裝自己，不要穿上刺蝟裝：</strong></h3>\n\n\n\n<p>深呼吸十秒，告訴自己在這場溝通中，我們不使用攻擊或武裝的方式，盡可能保持心態開放，「互相」表達和討論。</p>\n\n\n\n<div 使用冰山概念，破解自己與對方的內心戲：</strong></h3>\n\n\n\n<p>嘗試挖掘彼此心中：水面下的的冰山長什麼樣子？有著什麼樣的情緒？有著什麼樣的需求？通常當彼此都能挖掘出「需求」，也能「互相」坦誠相見時，理解與有效溝通的契機就誕生了。</p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img
