style=\"height:20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2>一、 提升身體與心理的免疫力：</h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>病毒固然使我們生病，然而決定我們是否生病的是自身免疫系統。當我們的免疫系統處於平衡狀態、好好發揮免疫力時，則可以免受許多疾病的威脅。然而若免疫力低落或高亢，則會容易生病與產生自體免疫疾病。影響免疫功能平衡狀態的因素包含：年齡、營養狀況、睡眠、藥物、運動、環境與心理壓力。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>古今中外的人們皆發現免疫系統受到心理情緒的影響，二十世紀由Dr. Robert Ader提出的心理神經免疫學，指出心理狀態與生理健康息息相關。中國老祖宗們也留下了這樣的智慧：腎主恐懼、肝儲憤怒、肺藏哀傷。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>在防疫運動中，最好的因應方式不是去檢討帶原者、不是讓自己持續沉浸在焦慮與不安的情緒中，而是透過規律的作息、運動與營養攝取提升自己的生理免疫力，並透過辨識情緒、調整情緒、紓解壓力提升自己的心理免疫力。</p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2>二、關掉電視，避免吸取過多恐慌資訊：</h2>\n\n\n\n<p>今日新聞媒體節目為了吸引觀眾目光與共鳴，報導內容往往誇大、負面、帶有情緒化用詞，容易引發閱聽者的焦慮不安情緒。請你關掉電視，這不代表你對事件冷漠無知，而是讓理性得以發揮作用，盡我們所能，並相信在崗位上的各行各業者也會盡其所能的守護國人的健康。</p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2>三、適時關心自己的情緒，好好紓壓解憂：</h2>\n\n\n\n<p>長期的慢性壓力除了影響睡眠、情緒狀態外，也會造成腸胃系統、免疫系統的不平衡!趁著新春假期，學習有意識地呼吸、有意識地活在當下、有意識地察覺身體的緊繃並下達放鬆指令，透過紓壓媒材讓自己帶著意識與覺知好好「活」與好好的「動」。</p>\n\n\n\n<div
