href=\"https://fangcat.com/autonomic-nervous-system-disorders-therapy-qa/\">自律神經失調</a>的病人，他也順便一起關心了大家。除了飲食，也有一些冬天的小撇步，能幫助你安撫<strong>自律神經</strong>。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>雖然說台灣的冬季常常很沒有寒冷感，很多時候都豔陽高照，但也正是因為這樣，時不時來一下寒流，造成天氣變化太劇烈，一下暖，一下冷。<a href=\"https://fangcat.com/autonomic-nervous-system-disorders-therapy-qa/\">自律神經失調</a>的人，長期低溫或長期高溫，至少都還有適應的機會，忽冷忽熱，就麻煩了，才剛要適應低溫，又來高溫，才剛要適應高溫，又來低溫，沒有幾天是舒服的。所以這時候，我們更要注意把一些細節做好，不要增加自律神經的負擔。</p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>自律神經失調冬季忌口食物</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>正因為天氣變化太快，<strong>自律神經</strong>已經很不穩定了，就更要注意別吃錯東西，搞得雪上加霜。以下是必須避免的食物，沒事不要去刺激自律神經唷！</p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. 麻辣鍋：辣本身就是在<a href=\"https://fangcat.com/autonomic-nervous-system-health-care-of-autonomic/\">飲食篇</a>提過不能吃的，冬天會更想吃，但是要忍住</p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. 薑母鴨、生薑湯：生薑帶辛辣，也是不宜的，曾經有病友喝太多薑湯，過度刺激<strong>交感神經</strong>，結果造成不可收拾的後果。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. 當歸鴨：熱補的中藥材也是不行的，會燥熱的中藥材都會刺激<strong>交感神經。</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. 燒酒雞：酒也本來就是在<a 熱牛奶：不喜歡純牛奶，也可以喝市面上用泡的牛奶麥片，現在很流行的焦糖牛奶也很好</p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. 熱可可（不純的可可）：太純的可可含有太多會刺激自律神經的東西</p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. 不辣的火鍋：大骨湯底的最滋補，蕃茄湯底的也很養生</p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. 雞湯（不加米酒）：其實還有很多湯可喝，排骨蘿蔔湯、紫菜蛋花湯等</p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. 穿著寬鬆：穿太多太重太緊繃，無疑都是讓身體更不舒服的方式，穿寬鬆一點，挑暖卻不重的材質</p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. 暖爐：對於<strong>自律神經失調</strong>的人來說，拉升室內溫度會比穿一堆厚重衣服在身上要來得好。暖爐又比暖氣好，因為暖氣所帶來的悶熱感，會快速加重胸悶、心悸的症狀</p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.
