class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>我們應該重視「自律神經失調與猝死」的關聯</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>在講解自律神經失調的症狀之前，我想要先講講「<strong>自律神經失調</strong>為何是個不可輕忽的疾病」。在三軍總醫院的網站上，精神醫學部的張傳佳醫師發表了一篇文章，他這麼說的「迄今自律神經功能失調已被視為是影響精神疾病（特別是憂鬱、焦慮症等）發生的一個重要的精神生理指標。由於自律神經失調已被證實能預測心血管疾病如心律不整、冠狀動脈心臟病、心衰竭及心源性猝死的發生，故自律神經系統的功能失調亦被認為是上述憂鬱、焦慮症患者會增加罹患心血管疾病的重要危險因子」。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>※參考資料：<a href=\"https://wwwv.tsgh.ndmctsgh.edu.tw/unit/10058/17027\">憂鬱、焦慮與自律神經失調</a></p>\n\n\n\n<p>而台大醫院心臟內科劉言彬醫師也說到「猝死最常見的原因是心臟驟停，而心室震顫會讓心臟喪失搏血功能，是目前醫學上確知會導致心臟驟停的重要因素。導致心室震顫的高危險因素中，其中一項是<strong>自律神經</strong>不平衡，尤其是很忙、很累、情緒很激動時，讓交感神經過度興奮，會讓動脈血管的斑塊剝離」。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>※參考資料：<a class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>每個人自律神經失調的症狀都會一樣嗎？</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>「每個人<strong>自律神經失調的症狀</strong>都一樣嗎」？我會想說明這個問題，是因為經常有讀者會問這樣的問題，「芳喵你有沒有ＸＸ症狀」、「有沒有其他病友跟我一樣的症狀」，我明白大家為什麼想問這種問題，知道別人也有相同症狀，感覺比較不孤單，比較安心。但是，實質上，這個問題沒有太大的意義，因為每個人的症狀都不太一樣。他有心悸，你有胸悶，我有腹瀉，症狀不同，但是生的病是同一種，都是自律神經失調，既然都是自律神經失調，那結論就是治療自律神經失調。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>為什麼每個人的症狀都不太一樣？真正的情況是，甲可能有下面症狀列表中的五種症狀，乙可能有十種，丙可能有二十種，芳喵最嚴重的時候有六十多種。通常最初始的症狀可能會跟你引起<strong>自律神經失調</strong>的原因或你身上最欠缺照顧的身體功能有關，有的人是腸胃，有的人是呼吸器官，各式各樣都有，因為自律神經掌管全身眾多機能，說不準會從哪裡開始。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>一開始你可能不太在意出現的小症狀，沒有去理會它，然後自律神經失調開始惡化，症狀慢慢變多、變嚴重，直到干擾到你的生活、你的工作，你無法忽略它。因為每個人自律神經失調的惡化程度不一樣，出現的症狀數量與症狀種類也就差異很大。總結：每個人因<a href=\"https://fangcat.com/stress-management/\">心理狀態</a>、<a href=\"https://fangcat.com/autonomic-nervous-system-health-maintenance/\">生活習慣</a>等等不同的因素，造成不同部位的自律神經失去平衡，因此症狀也相去甚遠，就算是類似的症狀，各症狀的嚴重程度也天差地遠。有點像是把全身各種機能不正常的症狀x嚴重程度的排列組合。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>所以，當你問了某人有沒有跟你一樣的症狀，答案可能有，也可能沒有，然後呢？<strong>自律神經失調要怎麼辦</strong>？不管別人有沒有跟你一樣的症狀，你想要恢復健康，還是得去治療自律神經失調呀！有的人可能想說，某人的腹瀉是給某醫生治好的，那就去找某醫生，但是，你可能搞錯了什麼，醫生治療的，不是症狀，而是自律神經失調。懂得治療自律神經失調的醫生，不管你的症狀是什麼，只要讓自律神經變得不失調，任何自律神經失調的症狀都會消失。所以你真正要問的應該是「哪個醫生真正懂得治療自律神經失調」。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>※延伸閱讀：<a class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>睡眠障礙</strong></h3>\n\n\n\n<p>睡眠障礙的原因很多，如生理時鐘異常、濫用咖啡因、尼古丁、睡眠呼吸中止症、不寧腿症候群、自律神經失調等等，這邊我們要說的當然是跟自律神經失調有關的部分。</p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>失眠</strong>：難入睡的人多半交感神經過亢，明明該退場而不退場。</li><li><strong>淺眠</strong>：淺眠的人交感與副交感不協調，兩者互搶表現，睡眠節奏就會跟著亂了套。通常也會有多夢現象。</li><li><strong>早醒</strong>：淺眠狀態的激烈版，當交感神經搶贏表現機會且太亢進，就有可能提早從淺眠中醒來，而且很難再入睡。</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<p>芳喵以前的睡眠障礙是上述三種通通都有，很難睡，很容易醒，醒了就無法再睡著，還很多夢，睡起來很累，睡著的時間超少，通常只有三四小時，最糟的時候只有一兩個小時。而且這睡眠障礙是從我嬰兒時期就開始了，四十年的睡不好，你們可以想見當我治療後可以好睡的時候，幸福的泡泡簡直要淹沒我小小的家，笑容都快裂到耳根了。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>
