class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>體溫過高、過低、不穩定</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>一個健康的正常人，每天的體溫在不同時段都會不一樣。日本睡眠學會認證醫師、醫學博士白濱龍太郎表示，「深層體溫大約會在下午6點左右達到高峰，之後漸漸下降」。成人正常體溫範圍：口溫（耳溫）36℃ &#8211; 37.4℃。而自律神經失調時的體溫可能會出現異常。</p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>體溫過高：常態性超過37.4℃。交感神經過於興奮，促進一種低效率代謝反應會產熱，以及收縮皮膚血管以保存熱能）。</li><li>體溫過低：常態性低於36℃。副交感神經過於興奮，皮膚血管舒張散熱。交感神經活性低落，產熱效能降低。</li><li>體溫忽高忽低：一天之中會有多次反覆在正常體溫範圍以外的過高或過低。交感和副交感神經在互搶表現。</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p>※參考資料：Vander&#8217;s人體生理學－身體功能之機轉 P.492</p>\n\n\n\n<p>芳喵從小就餓不得，一天七餐，睡前那一頓「豐盛的宵夜」更是不可少，不然早上一起床就昏倒，宵夜不豐盛也會一起床就昏倒。一天當中只要餓就會昏倒。所以後來養成隨時都拿一杯含糖飲料的習慣。某次因為照顧家人卻在醫院倒下，被醫院徹底的檢查了一輪，沒有糖尿病，沒有甲狀腺機能亢進，沒有任何醫生想得到的原因，最後他得出了一個結論，自創了一個名稱「高消耗性體質」，我的體溫高、新陳代謝速度太快、血糖低、血壓低，最後他叫我隨身攜帶小包裝葡萄糖，飲食「不可清淡」，要吃得鹹一點。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>當年還沒有自律神經失調的概念，所以，我從小看醫生無數，但是沒有醫生知道我的身體怎麼回事。甚至是現在，也很少醫生有「先天性自律神經失調」的概念。所幸，我找到一位醫生懂這概念，並且在治療後，已經沒有這種動不動就昏倒的「高消耗性體質」了，所以，一切都是自律神經失調惹的禍！</p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>新陳代謝過快或過慢</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>影響新陳代謝速率的因素有瘦素、甲狀腺激素、腎上腺素、食物生熱效應、肌肉活性等等。這邊我們要講的是跟自律神經有關的部分。</p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>新陳代謝過快</strong>：交感神經過高，腎上腺素分泌過多，新陳代謝加快</li><li><strong>新陳代謝過慢</strong>：交感神經活性低落，腎上腺素分泌不足，或是自律神經失調，導致睡眠不足，瘦素濃度降低。</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p>※參考資料：Vander&#8217;s人體生理學－身體功能之機轉 href=\"https://www.commonhealth.com.tw/article/article.action?nid=77855\">睡眠不足易變胖</a></p>\n\n\n\n<p>前面提過芳喵的新陳代謝過快，加上體溫過高、低血糖，這三項因素造就了從小吃不胖的體質，要瘦很容易，要胖很困難，我妹都說我肚子裡有黑洞，吃的東西都不知道去哪了。我媽更可憐，養出一個非洲難民小孩，被人誤會虐待小孩不給吃。還有朋友不信邪，陪我吃飯兩個月，極盡努力要養胖我，結果兩個月後，全都胖在他身上。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>在我第一次給養心診所施養賢醫生看診時，他跟我保證，他一定會讓我胖起來。瘦了40年的我，覺得醫生在說天方夜譚，能讓我不要病得那麼痛苦就很厲害了，還想讓我變胖？結果證實，施醫生真的很懂我的身體是怎麼回事，自律神經失調搞瘦的，自律神經健康就必然會胖，於是我的體重從不到39公斤，直奔60公斤，還好在60公斤就停住了，醫生說，我的身體找到了一個它覺得最適合的體重。</p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>缺乏食慾、食欲旺盛</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>與食欲有關的因素包括：瘦素、飢餓激素、昇糖素等等，這邊我們要講的是跟自律神經有關的昇糖素、飢餓激素。原本我們都以為兩種相反的症狀應該一邊是交感神經的問題，一邊是副交感神經的問題，然而在食慾這一項，芳喵查到的資料卻是都跟交感神經有關。</p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>沒有食慾</strong>：交感神經活化刺激昇糖素分泌，抑制食慾及儲存能量。</li><li><strong>食慾太好</strong>：交感神經活化，分泌「壓力荷爾蒙」－腎上腺素、正腎上腺素以及可體松。可體松會促使胃細胞分泌飢餓激素，讓我們一直覺得很餓。</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p>※參考資料：Vander&#8217;s人體生理學－身體功能之機轉 href=\"https://www.tanss.org.tw/fat/\">吃不飽，我的胃是無底洞？－中華民國自律神經失調症協會</a></p>\n\n\n\n<p>所以，我們會沒有食慾還是食慾旺盛，看來是昇糖素和飢餓激素較量的結果。芳喵以前是沒有食慾加上噁心反胃，一點點東西都吃不進去，大約有兩次，每次半年多都處於無法進食的狀態，當然紙片人的情況也就更形嚴重了，因為任何東西進到嘴裡都會反胃，最後只好三餐時間到就灌自己一瓶亞培安素，勉強維持基本生命所需，我還記得那時亞培安素都是一箱一箱買，到後來看到那個罐子也會反胃。所以當我接受治療，可以吃東西的時候，真是熱淚盈眶呀！</p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>起床特別不舒服</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>正常的自律神經在準備入睡時會從交感神經優勢轉換成副交感神經優勢，當我們睡醒的時候，會從副交感神經優勢轉換成交感神經優勢，但是自律神經失調的時候，睡醒時的切換如果不順利，就會出現很多不舒服的症狀，比如頭暈、心悸、恐慌感襲擊等等。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>※參考資料：養心診所施養賢醫生、<a href=\"https://www.edh.tw/article/12108\">睡前這樣做3分鐘，讓你不再失眠</a></p>\n\n\n\n<p>芳喵以前還在自律神經失調的時候，剛睡醒一睜眼的瞬間，通常是一天中最恐怖的時刻，有種被火車輾過的感覺，心臟跳動超大力、超快，突然偷襲的恐慌感在剛睡醒毫無防備的時候衝擊最大，還有天旋地轉，視力無法聚焦，胸口的沈重像是被重壓，立刻噁心想吐等等。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>想睡的時候不能睡，又擔心好不容易睡著之後，緊接著睡醒要面對的慘況，睡也不是，不睡也不是，難為得很。這種恐懼不是沒體驗過的人能感受的。</p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>暈眩、漂浮感</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>暈眩、漂浮感、視線像是從相機鏡頭裡看出去，腳步感覺很不踏實，眼前景象整個在晃動、昏昏的、頭重腳輕、感覺腦袋裡好像有東西流過來又流過去等等的形容詞，其實都是在描述醫學上所稱的「眩暈」。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>造成「眩暈」的可能原因有：</p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>多種中樞及周邊神經系統的病變</li><li>降血壓的藥物</li><li>耳石脫落</li><li>梅尼爾氏症：耳內淋巴水腫</li><li>中風的前兆：循環不良而引起腦幹或是前庭神經組織的缺血</li><li>自律神經失調：交感神經過於旺盛，導致耳內血管不正常收縮、血流不足等</li></ol>\n\n\n\n<p>※參考資料：<a
