class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>耳鳴、耳閉塞感、聽力減退、對聲音敏感</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>耳鳴、耳閉塞感、聽力減退、對聲音敏感的形成原因，跟<strong>自律神經</strong>有關的部分有幾種不同的說法，都與交感神經過度活躍有關。</p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>自律神經參與一部分聽覺神經傳導，最主要是內耳作用段。而內耳主要的兩組神經一組調控聽力、一組調控平衡，內耳除了負責將聲音轉換為神經衝動傳到大腦之外，同時也收集感受平衡的改變。當交感神經過度活化導致耳內血管不正常收縮、血流不足等時，這兩組神經有可能同時受到影響。</li><li>當我們的大腦感覺緊張、有危險、無法放鬆的時候，自律神經系統當中的交感神經就會控制聽小骨，把耳膜變得緊繃，有利於我們的聽覺更敏銳，好接收周遭的聲音，即便它非常細微。如果<a href=\"https://fangcat.com/autonomic-nervous-system-health-maintenance/\">自律神經失調</a>，導致交感神經無法和緩，持續的亢奮讓身體處於緊繃狀態，副交感神經無法發揮它讓人放鬆的作用，耳朵將會不停接收到大腦所不需要的訊息，這些雜訊往往就是耳鳴的來源。</li><li>交感神經作用持續處於優勢時，人就會一直處於緊張狀態。於是，頸部、肩膀、背部肌肉，甚至包覆頭蓋骨的肌肉也會變僵硬，腦脊髓液的循環會變差。當腦脊髓液像這樣循環停滯，無通道可走時，會從腦部流進內耳（耳朵最裡側的部分），進而引起眩暈或耳鳴等症狀。</li></ol>\n\n\n\n<p>※參考資料：<a class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>口乾、喉嚨痛、味覺異常、發癢、異常咳嗽、喉嚨有異物感（喉嚨卡卡）、吞嚥困難</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>口乾舌燥、喉嚨痛、味覺異常、發癢、異常咳嗽、喉嚨有異物感（喉嚨卡卡），看起來很不相同的症狀，其實都有差不多的原因：</p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>口乾舌燥、喉嚨痛、喉嚨癢、異常咳嗽：交感神經過度活躍，唾液分泌太少</li><li>味覺異常：交感神經過度活躍，唾液分泌太少，改變味覺或降低味覺</li><li>喉嚨有異物感（喉嚨卡卡）、吞嚥困難：交感神經過度活躍，喉嚨肌肉易緊繃，聲帶就像長期處於痙攣狀態，加上唾液分泌也會減少、變濃稠，因此會感覺像有異物卡在喉嚨。</li></ol>\n\n\n\n<p>※參考資料：<a href=\"https://www.commonhealth.com.tw/article/article.action?nid=78422\">喉嚨卡卡、老想清喉嚨嗎？</a></p>\n\n\n\n<p>以上這些症狀，芳喵通通有過。先說說味覺異常，有一段時間，我不管吃什麼都覺得是酸的，剛開始還以為食物壞掉，就丟掉了，後來才發現是味覺出了問題，白白丟了很多食物。有的讀者是吃什麼都沒味道，也有人是吃什麼都覺得是苦的。在說到喉嚨卡卡和喉嚨痛，因為芳喵以前很長扁桃腺發炎，所以喉嚨痛和感覺有東西的時候，直覺就是去耳鼻喉科報到，以為又發炎了，結果跑了幾趟都是沒發炎，醫生的態度已經有點懷疑我慮病症了，後來才知道是因為自律神經失調。</p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>肩頸僵硬緊繃痠痛、全身肌肉痠痛、多處神經痛、關節僵硬乏力</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>肩頸僵硬緊繃痠痛、全身肌肉痠痛、多處神經痛、關節僵硬乏力等症狀，與<strong>自律神經失調</strong>相關的形成原因大約有三種：</p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>交感神經太旺盛，無法從緊張狀態轉換為副交感神經主導的休息狀態，身體停留在發炎狀態，無法進行完全修復，就可能造成慢性疼痛。</li><li>交感神經經常處於過度亢奮狀態，這會讓肌肉持續緊繃、收縮，進而造成流向肌肉的血流量降低，並限制了肌肉的養分與氧氣供應。另外，血流量減少、血液循環不良也會讓代謝效率大打折扣，以上種種因素都會影響肌肉正常運作，導致肌肉的疼痛與抽搐。</li><li>交感神經造成肌肉緊繃，可能會壓迫神經及造成神經沾黏，導致神經性疼痛。</li></ol>\n\n\n\n<p>※參考資料：<a
