class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>發麻、發抖、指尖有電流感、眼皮跳不停</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>手腳發麻、頭麻、顏面神經失調、手抖、指尖有電流感等等，在與自律神經相關的部分，形成原因是交感神經過於亢奮，使血流與神經傳導出現不穩定有關，想想我們平常用的形容詞「氣到發抖」、「嚇到頭皮發麻」等等，「抖」、「麻」都出現在激動的時候，也就是交感神經正在努力作用的時候。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>※參考資料：<a class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>血壓過高或過低、手腳冰冷、臉部潮紅</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>這幾個症狀很好解釋，我們從前面的段落中已經了解到「交感神經作用會使血管收縮、副交感神經作用會使血管擴張」，血管不正常收縮就會血壓過高，血管不正常擴張就會血壓過低。血管不正常收縮就會造成血液循環不良，導致手腳冰冷，臉部血管擴張就會看起來紅紅的。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>※參考資料：<a href=\"https://www.edh.tw/article/14368\">自律神經失調讓臉紅紅</a></p>\n\n\n\n<p>芳喵以前的低血壓是常態性的，從小就是這樣，不論何時測量血壓都低得嚇人，大約都是80多/50多這樣的情況，並不是所謂的「姿勢性低血壓」，不用做任何姿勢改變都是這種數字。因為這樣的低血壓情況，常常一不小心就處於瀕臨休克的狀態，再加上低血糖也是會暈倒的，所以四十多年來，除了嬰兒時期不會走路之外，我在各種場所、各種馬路邊倒地的紀錄不計其數。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>所幸治療後，血糖正常、血壓正常，不再隨時擔心會倒地了。有次全家出去逛街，老爸看著我很認真的問「你現在不會再昏倒了吧」，我笑答「不會了」，感覺老爸鬆了一口氣，似乎以後出門不用再緊盯著我的身體狀況怕我昏倒了。手腳冰冷的部分，以前也是有的。</p>\n\n\n\n<figure href=\"https://www.books.com.tw/exep/assp.php/fangcat/products/0010787939?utm_source=fangcat&amp;utm_medium=ap-books&amp;utm_content=recommend&amp;utm_campaign=ap-201911\">用中醫調好自律神經</a></p>\n\n\n\n<p>在芳喵病情比較嚴重的時候，不需要急性發作，上述的症狀就是日常，一天24小時如影隨形，你可能會說「睡覺時總會停吧」，很遺憾，病情嚴重的時候，芳喵一天只有睡到一兩小時，而且還都是半夢半醒的，我老公在旁邊幹嘛我都一清二楚，所以，那些症狀真的沒停過。當然在急性發作的時候，這些症狀的程度會更為嚴重，比如呼吸困難會變成窒息，不是感覺而已，是身體不太能進行呼吸動作，當我倒地的時候，全身上下沒有一處肌肉是歸我管的，張開眼睛或抬個手指都是辦不到的，即使我是意識清醒的。</p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>多汗、不出汗、全身乾燥、全身發癢</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>多汗、不出汗、全身乾燥、全身發癢，這幾個症狀，其實後三個算是一組的，不出汗、乾燥會引發皮膚癢。這邊仍然是以跟自律神經失調相關的部分來解釋。汗腺分泌主要是由交感神經掌管的，交感神經活性過於旺盛就會多汗、流汗不止，交感神經活性低落，就會不流汗。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>※參考資料：Vander&#8217;s人體生理學－身體功能之機轉 P.118</p>\n\n\n\n<p>不出汗真的是個會讓人全身不舒服的症狀，想想看太陽高照，身上卻不流汗，也就是不散熱也不排毒，會感覺卡得很難過，而且很容易因為不散熱就熱到昏倒。治療後，發現我會流汗了，才驚覺我已經不知道多少年不會流汗，難怪高溫會搞得我容易暈倒，俗稱「熱昏」。所以我認為這是個很容易被忽視的症狀。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>而多汗的部分，芳喵的讀者中有些很嚴重的案例，流汗不止的情況太嚴重，導致衣服經常是濕的，即使冬天也是如此，結果冷得要死，甚至有人因為頭髮一直是濕濕的，即使身為女人很珍視秀髮，卻不得不剪成三分頭。</p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>免疫力下降、過敏</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>造成免疫力下降、過敏的因素很多，我們照舊只講解跟自律神經有關的部分。</p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>免疫力下降：當交感神經長期活躍，抑制副交感神經，讓淋巴球數量不足，自然會降低身體處裡細小異物的能力，使免疫力變差。</li><li>過敏反應：當副交感神經過於發達，則會不斷促使淋巴球過度增生，反而把對身體無害的物質（特定食物、灰塵、花粉等）通通當作敵人（過敏原），淋巴球會開始釋放抗體，與肥大細胞結合，使肥大細胞變得不穩定，釋放組織胺，引發流鼻水、起疹等過敏反應。</li></ol>\n\n\n\n<p>※參考資料：<a href=\"https://www.edh.tw/article/16461/2\">自律神經：免疫力總司令，失調惹上過敏</a></p>\n\n\n\n<p>看中醫的讀者們應該比較常聽到醫生恭喜你「會感冒了」，讀者們常常一頭霧水，因為感冒症狀，比如有痰、流鼻水，這都是免疫系統作戰留下來的痕跡，這代表你的免疫系統有能力作戰。而中醫們常常發現自律神經失調的病人沒有感冒症狀卻在脈象上判斷有感冒，認為這是免疫系統弱到沒有作戰能力，雖然感冒了卻沒有感冒症狀，只是渾身的不舒服。這一點芳喵因為看的是西醫，所以無從求證我自己有沒有這種現象。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>過敏反應的部分，芳喵就太有經驗了，吃什麼都過敏，包括香菇、牛肉這種一般人不會過敏的東西，保養品更不用說了，不管專櫃小姐如何保證不會過敏，試擦十分鐘後一定過敏。還有許多不知道遇到什麼就過敏的情況，就是突然就過敏了。通常我的過敏反應是大面積皮膚起疹子以及過敏性氣喘，康復後，這些現象都不見了。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>自律神經失調的症狀介紹並沒有到此結束唷！請接著看「自律神經失調的症狀有哪些？大家都一樣嗎？（五）」。</p>\n\n\n\n<div
