class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<p>　溝通其實就是表達跟接收訊息的藝術。當有問題需要溝通時，鮮少只有單方面陳述就能解決的，我們鼓勵大家在開放心態、互相雙向的對話，共同找到答案。那麼，如何精準而適切的表達就很重要了。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>　今天我們要談的是「我訊息」。「我訊息」是著重表達我的想法，而非指責對方「你都怎樣…你在搞什麼」。其實，當我們在講「如果你繼續鬧，媽媽就要生氣囉」，其實背後隱含的意思可能是「媽媽希望你能夠安靜下來」。不夠精準的表達，往往是親子關係的殺手，我們以為對方了解我們的意思，但也許對方沒有接收到「我的行為會影響其他人」的訊息。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>　此外，當我們用了情緒的詞彙，並且將所有矛頭指向「你」時，其實是沒有顧慮對方的感受的，對方可能會因此出現更多反擊行為。<a class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>「我覺得你這樣不對」–背後有指導的意味，預設我比你好的立場<br>「我見過的小孩中，你是最差的那一個」–以自己的經驗批評對方</p></blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>　我訊息應設立在「關於我的事實」，也就是我的感受、我所見的真相或後果等等，而非怪罪。我們相信，若關係建立在愛的基礎上，當我們邀請對方看見我們的真實感受時，就會出現改變的契機。</p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>子：「我覺得回家以後，媽媽可以不用讓我交手機給你，因為這樣同學會覺得我很像小朋友，所以我希望你可以給我們自由使用」</p><p>親：「我覺得手機這件事情讓媽媽很挫折，因為我覺得手機對你們有很大的傷害，所以我希望我們是不是訂出一個使用的原則，這樣對大家都好」</p></blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>媽媽也發現，孩子平常沒有一個說出來的機會，為了避免爭吵，常常以恩喔好……帶過問題，媽媽現在才知道孩子真正的感覺是什麼</p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>子：「我覺得我很沒有安全感，因為只有剛剛好的錢，我如果沒有回家的話，我就會餓肚子」<br>親：「我期待你能夠善用自己的零用錢，好好的思考，在這樣子的分配底下，如何做妥善的應用」</p></blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote
