style=\"height:20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<p>當一段關係的痛苦已經超越快樂。感情消磨殆盡，最合邏輯的就是闔上當前的關係，期待翻開下一段的可能，但分手的想法讓人感到恐懼，擔心分手而感到痛苦在國外心理學家稱之為 FOBU<strong>（</strong>Fear of Breaking Up），這是一種行為模式，心理學家認為分手恐懼存在於所有年齡和社會地位的人中。但是在某些世代更容易受到這種現象的影響，像是千禧一代或 Y 世代。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>心理學家認為，我們之所以受到 FOBU 之苦的主要來自於低自尊人格，低自尊人格者缺少自信，容易有煩惱、情緒容易低落，經常進行主觀自我評價時，低於自己的實際能力，以至於焦慮和憂鬱情緒。且低自尊者通常難以意識到自己的低自尊人格特質，這類的人通常害怕孤獨和歸零重新開始。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>在網路、社群平台交流逐漸取代實際互動的情況下，也讓 FOBU 成為許多人在感情關係中的障礙，缺乏實際社交成為一把雙面刃。雖然減輕了直接性的傷害。但另一方面，也使社群世代的你我更加脆弱<strong>。</strong>需要花更長的時間才能面對重大的創傷。這也是為什麼我們更容易受到 FOBU 的折磨。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>多年的經驗告訴我們。先說分手的人就是壞人，在苟延殘喘的關係中，兩人都在等待另一半的開口，沒有人想成為他人口中的壞人，有些避免分手，因為他們不想傷害伴侶。無法勇於向另一半坦白，溝通所發生的問題。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>「不愛了」無法構成一個合理的分手理由，藉由引發爭吵成為分開的導火線，這時候，作為另一半，的確無法摸透對方真實的目的，為了維繫這段關係，委屈求全、幫對方找藉口，故意也好、不小心也罷。如果對方已經出現誘導性的引起爭吵，那麼我們要做的的確不是再為對方辯駁，你可以說他就是不愛了。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>愛的構成要素有太多面向，在交往階段，我們越來越了解自己想要的是什麼，腦中幸福劇本的輪廓越來越清晰，分手不代表不能相信愛情，反而在經歷失戀中更了解自己，告別錯的人與悲傷，在洗鍊過後遇到懂的珍惜自己的人。</p>\n\n\n\n<div 為自己設立停損點</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>在經濟學中，沉沒成本是指已發生或承諾過，但無法回收的成本支出，如因失誤造成的不可收回的投資，對現有決策而言是不可控成本，不會影響當前行為或未來決策。然而，在投資決策時常常會干擾理性的判斷。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>讓我們用一個生活中的例子來說明什麼是沉沒成本：「假如你花三百元買了一張電影票，你懷疑這個電影是否值三百元。看了半個小時後，你最擔心的事被證實了：影片很無趣。你應該離開影院嗎？在做這個決定時，你應當忽視那三百元。無論你離開影院與否，錢都不會再收回。」</p>\n\n\n\n<p>也許你認為，用經濟學來解釋感情，有些過於理性，但我想亞當斯密說經濟學是看不見的那雙手，那麼感情就是看不見的那顆心。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>蔡康永近日在貼文寫道：「店明明每個月都賠錢，但是如果把店收掉，前面賠的就再也沒機會賺回來了，不肯從爛感情脫身的人，是否也這樣想？」康永的舉例有就是上述沉默成本的概念，一針見血卻是最真實的。</p>\n\n\n\n<p>我們可以思考的是，當你面對苟延殘喘的感情，該如何為自己是設立停損點，揮別錯誤的關係重新出發。</p>\n\n\n\n<div
